WHO ARE WE?

OUR ROOTS

Manna Food Co is the collaboration of three old friends who wanted to find their feet in South Africa's ever changing and expanding food space.

All three of us are self proclaimed professionals with knife and fork in hand but also have backgrounds in marketing, chartered accountancy and luxury private catering. Having spent the majority of our lives on the wrong end of the scale we saw that South Africa lacked a variety of healthy, fresh, fun, fast food.

Enter stage left: Manna Food Co.

Our mission is to provide unique salad options, where every South African will find something they love.

Our vision is to not only build a brand based on the right food choices but to build a community whereby these choices are easy to find.  

PRODUCT

Our aim is to provide customers with fresh and healthy but first and foremost TASTY and feel-good food. We work hard to offer convenience and value-for-money for our health minded customers.

INGREDIENTS

We use top quality, local and seasonal produce to pack all of the good stuff into our salads. We try to keep our fruit, vegetables and leaves in their original raw form and lightly blanch or roast for an extra flavour kick.

OUR CHEF'S THOUGHTS

We have found what society perceives "healthy food" options can feel forced and leave us feeling empty and craving junk food shortly after.
